I had read about the Zappos view on hiring - and I think it is amazing. I don't know how many times I have called companies and then get off the phone mad and just wondering why the person I just talked to does quit, because clearly they hate their job. I recently made all my employees take this survey online. We then discussed it's contents - and there were a number of very enlightening views shared that has helped my company a lot. This survey discusses customer service down to the basics. It is very interesting. I hope someone else can find it useful.

"Μερικές εταιρείες λειτουργούν διαφορετικά: στην προσπάθεια να διατηρήσει την κουλτούρα της, η Zappos δίνει ένα μπόνους αποχώρησης ύψους $1000 στους νεοπροσληφθέντες που δεν είναι ενθουσιασμένοι με την εταιρεία!"

[Curious Cat note: here is what Google Translate says that says: "Some companies operate differently in trying to maintain its culture, Zappos gives a severance bonus of $ 1000 on newcomers who are not very enthusiastic about the company!" and Yahoo Babblefish says: "Certain companies function differently: in the effort maintains her culture, Zappos it gives a [mponoys] retirement of height $1000 in [neoproslifthentes] that is not enthusiastic with the company!"]
